This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications and services (each, an "App," collectively the "Apps") provided by Ello Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), including BeStill, Little Nest, and Emora. It explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our Apps, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the App and the features you use, we may collect:

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Apple, Google, or email).
• Voice and audio data — audio captured from your microphone when you use voice-based AI features.
• Conversation content — the messages, prompts, reflections, and text you enter when interacting with AI features.
• Usage and analytics data — app activity, feature usage, session information, and diagnostic/crash data.
• Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and app version.
• Purchase information — records of in-app purchases and subscriptions (processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full payment card details).
• Optional content — a profile photo or other content you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and their features.
• Generate AI responses and personalize your experience.
• Process purchases and manage subscriptions.
• Send you notifications you have enabled.
• Analyze usage to improve and secure the Apps.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Companion & Third-Party AI Processing

Some of our Apps offer AI-powered features (for example, an AI Companion you can talk or chat with). When you use these features, we collect and process the following personal data:

• Voice / audio: audio captured from your microphone during a voice conversation.
• Conversation content: the messages and text you send to the AI feature.

This data is transmitted to our third-party AI service provider, Ello AI, which processes it to generate the AI feature's responses. We use this data solely to provide and improve the AI experience, and we do not sell your personal data. Ello AI is contractually required to protect your data with the same or equivalent protections described in this Privacy Policy.

You are asked to provide explicit consent within the App before any data is shared with the AI service. You may decline, in which case the AI feature will be unavailable. You can delete your conversation history at any time from the App's settings.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as follows:

• AI service provider (Ello AI) — to process voice/conversation data and generate AI responses, as described in Section 3.
• Analytics and infrastructure providers — such as Google Firebase, to operate, analyze, and secure the Apps.
• App stores — Apple and Google process your purchases and subscriptions.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

All third parties with whom we share personal data are required to provide the same or equivalent level of protection required by this Policy.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Apps and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can delete your conversation history from within the App at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us at the email below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can manage microphone and notification permissions in your device settings, and decline AI data sharing within the App. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. We take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

10. Third-Party Links

The Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
